Shipping & Returns


The EcoStreet Shipping 

Shipments are usually made within 24 hrs of payment being received.

Shipments are dispatched directly from our warehouse

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and/or other shipping companies. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Pickup is NOT available.

Once payment has been confirmed, allow up to 14 working days for delivery during peak times.

In most cases delivery takes 2-3 days.

For international destinations shipping cost please email us and we will usually respond within 24 hours.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Customer Service Policy

EcoStreet is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.


The EcoStreet Returns Policy 

At EcoStreet we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of service.
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to EcoStreet and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines.

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, EcoStreet will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair as follows.

If you have simply changed your mind, EcoStreet will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided: 

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
The item is in resealable condition for example:

  • the original tags and labels are still attached;     
  • the item is in its original packaging (if any); and  
  • the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and

The item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below:

If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be assessed to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you'll be required to pay the shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
